All payments are processed securely through our banking partner/s. We do not store or have access to your payment information.

Shipping

We ship orders within 1-2 business days after confirmation, depending on product availability.

Spain and Portugal: 2-3 business days.

EU: 7 Business days.

other countries: 14-20 Business days.

Free shipping

orders over €95 (within the EU)

orders over €150 (other countries).

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. We are not liable for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses.

Returns & Exchanges

You may return or exchange unused items in their original packaging within 5 business days of delivery.
To start a return or exchange, email us at hi@masterofeverything.net with your order number.
Items that have been used, are missing their original tag, damaged, or altered are not eligible for return.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once returned items are inspected and approved. Please allow up to 10 business days for processing.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please email us at hi@masterofeverything.net within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
